The History of Psychological Safety
We’ll start with the benefits of Psychological Safety. What does it mean and why would we benefit from it? After this section, we have a common understanding about what Psychological Safety is and what it means to us.
Interpersonal Risks and how to take them
We’ll take three different Interpersonal Risks as an example and play three games to see the power of play in effect. After this part we have learned how games can invite people to take the Interpersonal Risks necessary to deliver maximum value.
The profits of play
We’ll end the session with the Profits of Play. Here we’ll discover how much games can help people to get into a creative mindset and collaborate together to get their desired results.
